1. Availability
Little Lasagne Legends runs exclusively during official Victorian school holiday periods. Sessions are not available during school term time. Dates are published on our booking page and released ahead of each holiday period; we reserve the right to add, remove, or reschedule dates subject to availability.
2. Bookings & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child's place.
- Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received.
- Numbers are limited per session — we recommend booking early as sessions sell out.
3. Cancellations by you (change of mind)
- 7+ days before the session: full credit or transfer to another date, less any non-recoverable costs (e.g. ingredients already ordered).
- Less than 7 days before the session: no refund or credit, unless we are able to resell your spot, in which case a credit will be issued.
- No-shows: no refund or credit.
- Transfers to another child (e.g. a sibling or friend taking the spot) are welcome at no charge, just let us know in advance.
4. Cancellations by us
If we cancel or are unable to deliver the session as described (e.g. insufficient bookings, chef unavailability, venue issue, extreme weather), you will be offered a full refund or a transfer to an alternative date if there's availability, your choice.
5. Allergies & dietary requirements
Please advise any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Little Lasagne Legends is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, and other common allergens, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to disclose relevant information prior to the session.
6. Food safety — take-home lasagne
Lasagnes are made fresh on the day using cooked beef or vegetable filling. Once your child takes their lasagne home, it is the parent/guardian's responsibility to refrigerate it promptly and cook it within 24 hours. I LIKE TOO MUCH is not responsible for food safety once the lasagne leaves the venue.
7. Supervision
Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on-site for the full session.
8. Behaviour
We want every Little Legend to have a great time. We reserve the right to ask a parent/guardian to collect a child early if behaviour puts the safety or experience of other children, staff, or themselves at risk. No refund applies in this case.
9. Photography
Photos and videos may be taken during the session for I LIKE TOO MUCH's social media and marketing. Please let us know at booking if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
10. Liability
Sessions involve kitchen equipment, knives, and hot surfaces used under chef supervision. I LIKE TOO MUCH takes reasonable care to ensure a safe environment but is not liable for injury arising from normal kitchen activity conducted as instructed.
11. Privacy
Information collected at booking (names, contact details, dietary needs) is used only to deliver and manage your booking and is not shared with third parties.
These terms don't limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund where we fail to deliver the service as promised.
